How Does Starwood Hotels Treat You?

I have stayed at hotels that belong to Starwood and I am getting a little fedup with the lack of giving points to their customers who have their rooms "corporately" paid for.

This is not the way to gain more customers.  In fact, it plls us away from wanting to stay at their hotel chains.  I have stayed at least twice this year, at least twice last year.  Some times it was paid by my corporate office but others, I paid myself and still I have not received any points.  In fact, I just received my "September" statement via email and it shows ZERO - yes 0 points.  I say to myself, how can this be? 

Next time I stay in a hotel, I'll have to find another equally comfortable hotel with great rooms and soft beds with soft sheets and pillows.

I hate to write this, but I have no choice and it is time to make a stand for all of us who are getting our points.

I'll write if I have anymore positive things, other than this, I won't be staying at any of these hotels unless I am required to do so.
