Live Laugh Love and Bloggings: CafePress Breast Cancer Awareness Giveaway
Unfortunately, this is for US residence only not us Canadians, but as a Breast Cancer Survivor,
I support this site.
I almost died from the side affects of the cancer and chemo. I know how
precious life is and that is one journey I don't want to take again. I travelled
this path once and don't want to again.
I do believe that if anyone is offered to be in a clinical trial, then DO IT!. They
take care of you until you die, you help so many other womend not to have to
experience what you have been through and you feel taken care of.
It is a travel experience you don't want to go through and it is one of the
main reasons why I want to travel and do reviews so much. Each day our feet
hit the floor, we should be saying a prayer of thanks.
My family and I live with this everyday. I still can't look at hair loss. A friend of
mine shaved her head for cancer and looking at the pictures, I am so proud of her,
but it pains me still today. The cancer was found in late 2002, the operation was done
December 31, 2002 and the 2003 year was the year of hell! Chemo, radiation and
going through the change of life but too sick to realize it.
Thank goodness for our Canadian single tier public health care system and the
dedication of the cancer doctors, nurses and other health care workers. The children
I have custody of today appreciate it and so do I.
Remember, if you can join a Clinical Trial, then do so. You could also be saving a life
within your family or even yourself again down the line.
Thanks for listening and reading.
